Extreme Job Review

Rating : 4 out of 5

I was so bored at the time and I hunted for a funny movie on Google and found this movie, Extreme Job. I watched the trailer on YouTube and directly go for online movie website to watch the movie.

Korean movie will always have an excellent result as Extreme Job does. The director was setting an action movie into a comedy, and the way actors bring the gags with a simple way but entertaining. The director used the chicken restaurant as a symbol of Korean movies as we know that Korea is identical with chicken restaurant. The cinematic of the movie was unbelievably good.

This is a 2019 South Korean movie directed by Lee Byeong Heon. The movie was released on January 23, 2019. As of May 2019, Extreme Job was the second most viewed movie in South Korean film history. The budget for this movie was US$ 5.8 million with 111 minutes running time. In May 2019, comedian Kevin Hart said he will remake this movie.

The movie is about a team of detectives with the main purpose was to arrest the drug gangs. One day they started to think about opening a chicken restaurant but they didn’t suppose that the chicken restaurant might be a famous one. They ended up busier to settled their chicken restaurant and forgetting about the drug gangs. Fast forwarding to the end, they finally work more serious as the detectives and successfully arrested the drug gangs.

The ending part, where there was one scene when the original soundtrack of A Better Tomorrow was in it. I started to laugh and feel proud of them at the same time.
